The 2017 Mushroom Hike held on Friday, Feb. 10th in Griffith Park was a complete success and all participants came away more well-informed. Hike leaders Florence Nishida and David Bermudes were very knowledgeable and participant Debbie Spinelli got some great shots along the way… thanks to all who participated, and thanks to the nearly-cooperative weather which waited until the end of the hike to drop more rain on the parade! (Because of the recent rains, there was an abundance of mushrooms to be seen and collected.)

Another hike participant also posted some great mushroom photos (below). Thanks, Karin Flores.
