Come Celebrate Bette Davis Park

Friends of Griffith Park is organizing an event that will bring attention to one of the lesser-known but incredibly charming areas of Griffith Park: the Bette Davis Picnic Area/Park.
Held on Saturday, March 21, “A Celebration of Bette Davis Park” will feature birdwatching along this portion of the L.A. River, a visit to the Miyawaki micro forest, opportunities to learn about the local equestrian community, and a chance to hear about the fascinating history of this little slice of Griffith Park off the 134 Freeway near Glendale.
Will the spirit of Bette Davis visit us that day? We sure hope so!
