Today on KPCC, Larry Mantle speaks with Malibu resident Wendell Phillips and Beth Pratt-Bergstrom with the National Wildlife Federation on the topic of P-45 and whether killing this mountain lion is an appropriate measure given how few mountain lions still occupy the areas near Los Angeles.
