We’re Heading Back to Fern Canyon

Hooray for the rains… they help replenish our aquifers and in the spring, waters flow more easily down the streambeds.

They also remind us of the old saying… April showers bring many more May flowers, so we have something to look forward to come spring!

That said, we’ll be meeting at the entrance of the first Merry-go-round Parking Lot. We’ll walk up into Fern Canyon to remove weeds and invasive plants, and do some maintenance/repair along the trail.

As per RAP, everyone needs to complete one of our Volunteer Agreement Forms or have one on file.

We highly suggest that folks wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, and bring a hat. If you have some fab gloves, please bring, but we do provide.
We also urge you to wear sunscreen, and if you have a water bottle, bring it.
