A Hike in Memory of P-22

Join Friends of Griffith Park as we hike in honor of Griffith Park legend and local resident, P-22.
When P-22 passed away on Dec. 17, 2023, the world joined Los Angeles to celebrate the legacy of this remarkable cougar who lived and hunted for more than 10 years in Griffith Park.
To honor his astonishing life, you’re invited to join FoGP on a hike along the landscapes where he lived and roamed.

We’ll meet at the Travel Town parking lot by the picnic benches and hike to Royce’s Canyon.
We highly recommend that you wear good, comfortable shoes or hiking boots, bring water and get ready to share with fellow hikers what this animal meant to you.
